Theater Aan Zee
This visual was designed for a children’s workshop at Theater aan Zee. It brings the fable of the hare and the tortoise to life through a mix of digital design and craft.
Children did not use pencils to color the scene. Instead, they used scraps of African fabrics. They cut and pasted these patterns to give the characters texture. The result is a collage that blends illustration with textile art.
